AN 80-year-old motorcyclist was airlifted to hospital after a crash on the A350 at East Knoyle yesterday.
The pensioner sustained leg injuries in the accident after his motorcycle was in collision with three cars travelling in the opposite direction.
The road was closed for about an hour while the patient was assessed and treated before being taken to Salisbury District Hospital.
None of the occupants in the three cars were injured.
