Duchess to visit city

Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Cornwall will visit Salisbury on Saturday morning to witness the Rifles Freedom Parade. More than 200 Riflemen will parade through the city streets from 11.30am as they exercise their Freedom of the City. The Royal Procession will begin from the Cathedral Gate and drive down High Street into Silver Street and Blue Boar Row. The Duchess and the mayor will then take a salute in the Guildhall Square before returning to the Close for a private reception.
