PEOPLE are being urged to sign up to a charity bike ride and boost their fitness at the same time as raising funds.
The British Heart Foundation’s Wiltshire Bike Ride takes place on Sunday, May 13 and offers a choice of 28 or 47 mile routes along country lanes. The organisers say it is ideal for families and for those seeking more of a challenge.
Organiser Jemma Curran said: ““When registering for an event such as this, it’s much easier to keep up with exercise and not fall into bad habits. You will feel a part of a wider event, receive a training guide, and enjoy training for something worthwhile.”
To register, go to bhf.org.uk/Wiltshire, email westevents@bhf.org.uk, or call 0800 169 3672.
