CHILDREN at Fordingbridge Infant School have planted a royal garden in their school grounds to celebrate The Queen's Diamond Jubilee.

The centrepiece is an oak sapling from the royal estate, which is|surrounded by|a variety of|hedging plants.

How lovely.I bet they'll remember it all their days.(I've still got my "Coronation Mug" given to all pupils by the Borough Council where I grew up.(and I wore red,white and blue ribbons round my plaits at the street party!)
Could our Parks dept. do something similar in our City parks?
