HAPPILY the sun shone on Saturday afternoon for the festival’s popular Playday on The Greencroft in Salisbury.
This year the play day was extended with the addition of the Nature of Art in Wessex project’s activity day in Bourne Hill gardens. This meant that not only children, but also adults could join in with the activities, from creating home made cinema, getting messy with slimy stuff, reading the wishes on the wishing trees and enjoying some surprising street theatre and other shenanigans.
