Fordingbridge Junior School Association has arranged a treat for families this weekend, with performances of Cirque Normandie tomorrow and Saturday.
In addition, children from the school, and from other nearby schools are enjoying circus workshops, learning a selection of circus skills from juggling and stilts to devil sticks and diabolo in the Big top taught by professional circus performers.
Children are working in groups of 25, with each group being allocated two instructors. Other fun and challenging events will also be available ranging from climbing walls to a birds of prey flying event.
The aim of the event is to raise money for school activities while providing the children with a fun learning experience at the same time.
Tickets for the public performances tomorrow and Saturday evening and at 11am on Saturday morning are open to all.
Tickets are £7.50, or £25 for two adults and two children, or £31 for two adults and three children, from Fordingbridge Junior School in Pennys Lane or on 01425 652285, or the Perfect Gift Company in High Street.
Refreshments and a barbecue will also be available.
