ONCE again Hampshire artists are opening their studio doors to members of the public, from Saturday, August 18, to Monday, August 27.
The Hampshire Open Studios covers the whole of Hampshire, from Basingstoke down to Portsmouth, Southampton, Romsey, Winchester and the New Forest, taking in all the towns and villages in between.
This is a great way to see some wonderful art but also a way to enjoy a grand tour of Hampshire, perhaps finding new corners.
The New Forest has 64 venues this year, covering from Breamore through to Fordingbridge and out to East Martin then on to Ringwood and Burley, Lymington and Brockenhurst.
Look out for the pink direction arrows to guide you to the artists’ doors, where you can enjoy a wide variety of artforms from first-time exhibitors to emerging newcomers and wellknown professionals.
As well as artists opening their studio doors, village halls and other venues will be hosting exhibitions.
