FORDINGBRIDGE Surgery and Patient Participation Group (PPG) will be holding its third public meeting at the Town Hall on September 27 at 7.15pm.
This is a rare opportunity for patients and members of the public to hear the latest developments as the NHS Clinical Commissioning Groups replace Primary Care Trusts in Spring 2013.
Patients can contact the PPG via the ‘contact us’ form at fordingbridgegps.co.uk , by phoning the surgery or picking up a leaflet from the practice.
