Career mark award for St Joseph's

ST JOSEPH’S School in Salisbury has been awarded the nationally recognised Career Mark Quality Award.

The award acknowledges the high standard of careers advice, education and work experience provision in the school and St Joseph's is only the third school in Wiltshire to receive it.

Headteacher Paul Hughes said: "We are delighted with this award. Through the support of our independent careers adviser Sue Glover and the National Careers Service, we can offer our pupils excellent independent careers advice and guidance and ensure that they can recognise the importance of equality and opportunity within job roles.

“Our aim is to ensure that every child aims high and reaches their full potential regardless of ability.”
