Search for owners of lost cat

VETS in Salisbury are trying to trace the owners of a cat that has been lost in the Wessex Road area for several months.
A resident took the 12-year-old cat to The Vets in Exeter Street after becoming concerned for its wellbeing.
Marion Winder, a nurse at the surgery, said: “It was the first time the lady had been able to catch him because he started feeling really rough and stopped eating.”
She said it looks as though the male neutered cat has been scavenging for food but that he has recently stopped eating because some of his teeth have rotted. “It might be that the owners moved to the area and then he ran away,” she said. “He might be really missed by someone; he’s such an adorable cat, he just purrs and purrs.”
The cat is micro-chipped and registered to an address in Thornhill, Cardiff, under the name of Angel Gudgen. He has undergone treatment at the surgery and has now got his appetite back.
The owner or anyone with information can contact The Vets on 01722 337117.
