TISBURY Arts Group’s grand showing of The Reduced Mary Poppins was a huge hit at the village’s carnival.
More than 180 locals watched the one off performance in the Victoria Hall, Tisbury, on Tuesday, September 18, with Charlie Greenwood taking the title role.
Once the group covered their costs, a donation was made to Tisbury Carnival.
Arts group member Janet Amos said: “The carnival concert is always popular, but this year’s production was one of the best we’ve had over the past ten years.
“It was well-supported as always and we nearly had a full house.”
