YOUNG eco warriors at a Fordingbridge school have been doing their bit to help the school go greener.
Pupils from Year 1 and Year 2 at Fordingbridge Infants School have formed a recycling squad to help the school become more environmentally conscious, with the backing from Hampshire County Council.
Hampshire County Council’s education officer from Recycle, Jean Macgrory, ran a recycling session with the pupils on Tuesday.
A school spokesman said: “The children were taught about the processes involved in recycling and how we can make a difference.”
