The children were chosen out of 400 youngsters from across Salisbury, Wilton and Amesbury as the winners of the competition, with Noah coming up with a new flavour of bread and Imogen a poster to advertise Bakers’ Week.

They are their classmates were invited to Reeve’s in Wilton on Tuesday to learn more about bread and to sample Noah’s peanut butter and banana flavoured recipe.

Sue Farmer, who coordinated the entries at Manor Fields, said: “We are delighted that two children from Manor Fields have been selected as winners of the competition and we surprised Noah and Imogen with an announcement at assembly on Friday.”
