A WOMAN with multiple sclerosis and her live-in carer from Downton have raised £3,800 through a charity parachute jump. Carer Viorica Boitor did the 15,000ft jump while Pippa Roberts rallied round to collect donations to support the Wessex Multiple Sclerosis Therapy Centre in Warminster.
Pippa, 65, has suffered from primary progressive Multiple Sclerosis for 30 years and receives regular therapy at the centre.
To add to the fundraising total, you can send a cheque payable to the Wessex MS Therapy Centre to Pippa Roberts at Minton Cottage, 20 The Borough, Downton, SP5 3ND.
