AT the last meeting of the Salisbury Bonsai Society it was drills at the ready.
After showing members some examples of his magnificent "drilled" bonsai trees, Trevor encouraged us to set to on our trees and pieces of wood.
With the help of other more experienced members we had a go.
Lots of noise and flying sawdust later, our bonsai were looking very much older and more mature Our next meeting at Laverstock Village Hall on October 6 at 7.45pm will be a talk and demonstration on junipers by Lee Verhorevoort.
