THE Amesbury Community & Visitors Centre and town council offices have moved to a new central location.
For the past five years the community centre has enjoyed its position on Stonehenge Walk by the traffic lights in Amesbury, and developed into a community hub and a much-visited centre for visitors to the area. It was thanks to help from the Amesbury Redevelopment Partnership it was put in place but now the community shop and the town council offices will both be moving to the new location on Flower Court Road.
The town council offices were previously located at the Bowman Centre but it was felt that residents preferred a more central location.
