THE Royal British Legion County Conference was recently held in Trowbridge.
The majority of Wiltshire RBL branches attend this meeting.
It is an informative event with greetings received from Her Majesty the Queen and a full update from RBL headquarters. The meeting also acknowledges members’ hard work throughout the year.
On this occasion the Morgan’s Vale, Woodfalls and Redlynch Branch presented the county with a cheque for £1,000 towards the county welfare fund.
In addition the branch received a certificate of commendation for efficiency throughout the past year
