FOUR speakers chipped in on a selection of topics at a carer's coffee morning at Whiteparish Surgery.
Helen Gough, Pam Whitlock, Simon Hooper and Pauline Jordan spoke at the seventh event on February 6.
Helen, from Carer Support Wiltshire, outlined the importance of registering as a carer and what is available in the local area and Pam spoke about the importance of keeping fit.
Simon, from RemindMeCare, explained a new software package that is used as a memory trigger for people living with dementia and their carers.
And Pauline - Therapeutic Gardening for Health and Happiness - made lavender bags with the carers and discussed how advantageous gardening at any level can be to keep minds and fingers working.
