Celebrations for Amesbury Girls Brigade
THE 1st Amesbury Girls Brigade had a party to celebrate two special anniversaries on Saturday.
The brigade is in its 60th year, and its captain, Gillian Clark is marking her 25 years with the group, which is made up of 85 youngsters aged from five to 18.
The children held a party at the town’s Methodist Church Hall as well as a celebration service in the Methodist Church, with past members of the brigade coming along to join in the occasion.
