AVON Valley Concerts is hosting a show by the Cavaleri String Quartet next Friday, at 7.45pm at the United Reformed Church, Salisbury Street, Fordingbridge.
Since forming in 2008, the Cavaleri Quartet has gained a reputation as one of the leading European string quartets.
They were first-prize winners and recipients of the Brahms and Mendelssohn Prizes in the 2012 Hamburg International Chamber Music Competition and Special Prize winners in the 2011 Premio Paolo Borciani International String Quartet Competiton.
Their programme will include works by Mozart, Ravel and Brahms.
