A NEW BBC show is set to feature wildlife along the Hampshire-Dorset border.

Former Sandleheath resident and professional photographer David Bailey invited the One Show’s Rhys Jones to the area.

Now the visit will be broadcast on BBC Wales and iPlayer, and nationally at a later date, during a four-part series called Rhys Jones Wildlife Patrol, which starts on April 5.

Mr Bailey said: “I had been photographing hares on a private estate when the gamekeeper told me of something very unusual happening in the wildlife world, knowing Rhys and his love for the subject I contacted him.”
