CYCLING around Wiltshire to raise funds for SSAFA and Help for Heroes is Revd Barry Shaw, 68, who has been an SSAFA volunteer for the last four years and hopes to raise £1,200 from his efforts.
He called in at Salisbury, Bulford and Tidworth and visited Tedworth House where he has mentored wounded soldiers. “The trip will not only raise money for the two charities, but will help lower my blood pressure,” said Revd Shaw as he set out from Salisbury to continue his journey.
