THE Christchurch and East Dorset Partnership is exploring options for improving customer access to council services and reducing the cost of office accommodation.

It is looking at its preferred option to use the civic offices in Christchurch as the main partnership office, to build a new facility in Wimborne Minster and to dispose of the existing offices at Furzehill.

As a result, it is now considering what the future of the Furzehill site should be.

The partnership would like to hear the public’s views at two drop-in events this Thursday, from 11am to 3pm at East Dorset District Council Offices, Furzehill, and from 4pm to 8pm at Allendale House, Wimborne.

Details will also be published that day at www.dorsetforyou.com/furzehill.
