LEADEN Hall School has had to close today due to flooding in Salisbury’s Cathedral Close.
The school was also closed on Tuesday and children finished early yesterday as water continued to rise around the school buildings.
Sandbags have been put in the conservatory, which is surrounded by water, carpets have been lifted and other items moved above floor level.
Access to the school is also becoming more difficult as the car park is flooded. Staff are liaising with the Environment Agency and will make a decision later today as to whether the school will open tomorrow.
