YOUNG chefs have been cooking up a treat in a competition organised by Salisbury Rotary Club.
In a head-to-head cook off, Wyvern College student Alastair Kershaw, from Salisbury, beat Lisa McKellar from John Hanson School in Andover.
Judges Geoffrey Bishop and Sam Twyman from Salisbury’s Forking Out 4 Food at Old Sarum congratulated the two finalists on the quality of their dishes and said Alastair’s presentation had won him first prize.
