PROPOSALS for the redevelopment of central car park in Salisbury are to be discussed at a public meeting on March 20.
Developers Stanhope will be giving information and showing the latest plans at a special area board meeting.
There will also be a question and answer session and the chance for people to discuss concerns and ideas. Stanhope will take away the views of local people and respond to the points raised before a final planning application is submitted.
Steve Milton, Salisbury community area manager, said: “This is great news and we are grateful to Stanhope for agreeing to come along and talk about the plans with local people; it is a very positive step. There has been a lot of interest in this new development which will have such a big impact on the regeneration of the city.
“It is important that we get the development right and this is a chance for local people to have an input.”
