A MUSIC festival in aid of Salisbury Guide Dog Group is being held at the end of this month.

Following the success of last year’s inaugural event, the charity will be holding the second Live Music Fest, this year at Qudos.

The event, from 2pm to 5pm on Saturday, March 29, is free to enter and there will be a charity raffle with a first prize of a free portrait photograph donated by Craig Macneillie Photography. Donations will be welcome.

All the money raised will go to the charity’s Name a Puppy appeal, funding a fourth puppy through the training to become a guide dog.

• Salisbury Guide Dog Group will be holding its first Friday Fundraising Café at St Thomas’s House in Salisbury on Friday, March 28 from 10am to 2pm. Tea, coffee, home baked cakes and toasted hot cross buns will be served, with everything costing £1, and guests will be invited to challenge their senses by trying some fun blindfold activities.
