Marathon runners raise £6,941 for air ambulance

ALMOST £7,000 was raised for Wiltshire Air Ambulance earlier this month when 50 runners took on the Bath Half Marathon for the charity.

Supporters, former patients, their families and staff took on the 13-mile challenge and raised £6,941, with more sponsorship still to come in.

The team’s fastest male runner was Alan Miles, who ran the course in 1 hour 37 minutes and the fastest female was Victoria Gregg, who finished in 1 hour 41 minutes.
