ONE of the main routes in Salisbury city centre is to be closed for roadworks.
Wiltshire Council is to close Brown Street on four Sundays in April and May to allow for resurfacing work.
The work will take place from 8am to 8pm on April 27 and May 4, 11 and 18 and the road will be closed between Winchester Street and St Ann Street.
Diversion routes will be in place and signposting will indicate that businesses are open as usual.
