New headteacher for Pembroke Park

A NEW headteacher has been appointed at Salisbury’s Pembroke Park Primary School Matthew Sambrook grew up in Salisbury and prior to his current post as Headteacher at Townhill Junior School in Southampton was deputy at St Mark’s in Salisbury.

He said: “I am delighted to be appointed headteacher of Pembroke Park Primary - they are ready to fly. “It also brings the added personal bonus of being able to return to work in Salisbury, an area and community which I am both familiar with and passionate about helping succeed and achieve.

“I’m really looking forward to getting to know the pupils and staff at Pembroke Park and working with them to achieve the highest possible standards.”
