THE official opening of Downton Moot balustrade will take place on Saturday at 2.15pm, after which there will be songs, music and drama to commemorate the First World War, and refreshments will be on sale.
The entertainment is from 2.30pm to 5pm.
Adult tickets cost £3, children and concessions £2, family ticket £10.
You should bring your own seating and, if wet, the proceedings will take place in Downton Memorial Hall.
