TWO men have been arrested in connection with a robbery at a post office in Downton in March.
The raid happened at 8.15am on March 4, when a man brandishing what appeared to be a weapon inside a bag threatened staff at the Headlands post office and made off with £4,000.
Dwayne Gilling, 32, of no fixed abode, and Raymond George Laurence, 33, from Westleigh, Warminster have been charged with robbery and possession of an imitation firearm.
They have been remanded in custody to appear in court at a date to be confirmed.
