DOGS Trust Salisbury is appealing for homes for four very special dogs they have affectionately called The Four Mutt-keteers after they struck up such a strong friendship at the rehoming centre.

Named after their famous Muskehound counterparts, Dogtanian, Paw-thos, Athos and Aramis, the thick-as-thieves foursome love nothing more than cavorting around the fields together on their daily walks.

Each of the dogs came to the centre with their own problems and their amazing friendship has given them a new found confidence and a chance to make a fresh start. The inseparable gang are now ready to put their best paw forward and make lifelong friends in new homes.

Jacinta Browne, Dogs Trust Salisbury rehoming centre manager, said: “It’s been an absolute joy to watch these four become firm friends and help each other overcome their worries. It certainly is all for one and one for all when it comes to this canine crew and we are really hoping they will find their forever homes soon.”

Dogtanian is a three-year-old Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Pawthos is a seven-year-old Labrador, Athos is a four-year-old Siberian Husky and Aramis is a seven-year-old Lurcher.
