COFFEE and cake were the order of the day for all those taking part in the World’s Biggest Coffee Morning, with those in Salisbury and the surrounding area raising hundreds of pounds for Macmillan Cancer Support.
Among those taking part in the city were local businesses, community groups and churches.
The event is Macmillan’s biggest fundraising event and sees people across the UK holding a coffee morning and raising money for people living with cancer.
In 2013, 154,000 people signed up, raising a record £20 million.
