THE annual Flameburst Firework display at Verwood went off with a bang.
Pirates of the Caribbean was the theme, and the blowing up of the Black Pearl on the mini lake was the climax of the evening.
Thousands of children and adults were entertained with live music in between the fireworks from the excellent Madness tribute band – One Step Behind. The event was hosted on stage by Forest FM presenters Laura Jerome and Richard Buckle.
