Thieves make off with £3,000 generator from building site
A BLUE Genset generator worth more than £3,000 has been stolen from a building site in Amesbury.
The theft took place on Haragon Drive between 4.30pm on Friday, December 5 and 7am on Monday, December 8.
It was stolen from inside a metal container.
Police officers would like to hear from anyone who saw a suspicious vehicle gaining entrance to the site via Stockport Road.
Anyone with information is asked to contact PC Richard Chula at Amesbury Police Station on 101 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
