POLICE are appealing for the public's help in identifying a group of people they wish to speak to in connection with shoplifting from Salisbury’s New Look.

Three women and a man are believed to have concealed a number of items of clothing and accessories totalling more than £300 before leaving the store without making any attempt to pay for the goods.

The first female is described as white, of slim build with long dark hair and wearing a white and black chequered scarf, light blue jumper, denim jacket and white top with dark jeans and black converse shoes.

The second female is described as white, with long dark hair and wearing a khaki mid-length coat, black vest top, blue jeans and white laced plimsolls.

The third female is described as white, with dark shoulder-length hair and wearing a grey beanie hat, cream neck scarf, mid-length khaki coat with fur collar, a black patterned t-shirt, blue jeans, light coloured plimsolls and a carrying black rucksack The man is described as being white, of medium to large build with bleached fair hair and wearing a long, light grey cardigan with a hood, a black t-shirt with bright coloured print, light grey jogging bottoms and dark grey slip-on shoes.

All four people are believed to be aged between 18-25 years old while two of the women were carrying distinctive matching orange rucksacks.

The theft took place between 12.25pm and 12.45pm on Sunday, October 12 in the Old George Mall New Look.
