Diner who racially abused staff given restraining order
A DINER who racially abused staff in a curry-house has been given a 12-month restraining order and a fine.
Sam Foody, 28, of Burnet Way, Salisbury must not visit the Shah Jahan in Western Road, after he admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words towards two members of staff on April 20.
Foody admitted the racially aggravated offence which happened on April 20.
He was fined £75, ordered to pay costs of £215 and a victim surcharge of £20.
He will pay back £310 at a rate of £5 a week.
