SPECTACULAR fireworks will once again be lighting up the skies in Downton.
The Trafalgar School's Concert in the Park, which is in its seventh year, is hosting live music and fireworks on Saturday, July 11.
Hundreds are expected to turnout for the event in the grounds of the school, organised by the Trafalgar School Association, where they can enjoy a picnic or buy hot food.
Live music from Big Fret, Hyde Band, Just Us, Trafalgar School Wind Band, Crippled Rock starts at 6.30pm and the fireworks display is at dusk.
Tickets bought in advance cost adults £10, while under-16s go free. Adults paying on the night will be charged £12 and under-16s £2.
