ERIC ALLEN, aged 23, of Bishopdown Road, Salisbury. Fined £100 with £85 costs for drunk and disorderly behaviour in Winchester Street, Salisbury.

ABRAHAM THOMAS JAMES CONELEY, aged 26, of Carmelite Way, Salisbury, was fined £150 with £85 costs for failing to stop at the scene of an accident at Tesco, Southampton Road, and failing to report the accident to police. Driving record endorsed with five penalty points.

LOUIS ANTHONY COOPER, aged 27, of Seth Ward Drive, Bishopdown, was fined £140 and banned from driving for 12 months for driving while unfit through drugs, namely cannabis, on Wilton Road in Salisbury.

JASON ROBBINS, aged 42, of no fixed address, Salisbury, was jailed for a total of four months for two counts of battery.

RICKY JAMES HARDIMAN, aged 23, of Yarmley Lane, Winterslow, was given a four-month jail sentence, suspended for 18 months, for a domestic assault occasioning actual bodily harm, battery, and criminal damage. He must complete a Building Better Relationships Programme, with rehabilitation activity, with costs of £85.

LACEY GEORGE, aged 22, of Lynch Close, Mere, was jailed for a total of seven weeks, suspended for 12 months, with £150 compensation for assaulting two police officers and failing to attend court.

FREDERICK ALAN PHILLIPS, aged 64, of Westwood Road, Salisbury, was ordered to pay £150 compensation with £85 costs for battery. He must complete rehabilitation activity.

DEBBIE JUDD, aged 39, of Avon Square, Upavon, must pay £210 compensation for four three counts of fraud by false representation and one count of making an item for use in fraud. She must also complete rehabilitation activity.

NIALL MACKLE, aged 25, of Fairfax Close, Amesbury, was fined £400 with £200 compensation and £85 costs and banned from driving for 12 months for drink driving, careless driving, driving without a licence and driving without insurance in Gainsborough Close, Salisbury.

ROBERT EDWARD STEVEN BROWN, aged 26, of Winding Way, Salisbury, was fined £60, with £85 costs and given three points on his licence for driving while using a hand-held mobile phone on Greencroft Street, Salisbury.

JUNIOR ANTHONY SCARLETT, aged 40, of Randalls Croft Road, Wilton, was fined £100 with £85 costs for possession of a class A drug.

LYNSEY SUZANNE CONIO, aged 27, of Pinewood Close, Salisbury, failed to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence for threatening behaviour by twice failing to attend for unpaid work. She must carry out unpaid work for 13 hours within the next twelve months.

LIAM BRIAN SNOOK, aged 25, of Blackfriars Way, Salisbury, must pay £237.23 in compensation for theft from his employer, namely Martins Newsagents. He must complete a Thinking Skills Programme and rehabilitation activity.

STEPHEN EDWARD WILKINSON, aged 31, of Rollestone Street, Salisbury, was jailed for 14 weeks, suspended for 24 months, and banned from driving for three years for using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, aggravated vehicle taking, driving without insurance, driving without a licence, criminal damage and assaulting a police officer at Shrewton. He must pay £50 compensation and £125 costs.

ALEX JOHN BAYNE, aged 28, of Gainsborough Close, Salisbury, was fined £750 with £85 costs for using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour.

RICHARD LARS JOHN BOURNE, aged 50, of Wyndham Road, Salisbury, was fined £489 with £85 costs, and banned from driving for 20 months for drink driving, driving without a valid MOT, and driving without insurance on Wilton Road in Salisbury.

ADAM COOK, aged 31, of 32nd Reg. Royal Artillery at Horne Barracks, Larkhill, was fined 1,000 with £200 compensation for battery.

KATIE LOUISE DICKENSON of Old Sarum, Salisbury, was fined £348 with £85 costs and nine penalty points on her licence for failing to stop at the scene of an accident on Coldharbour Lane.

MICHAEL GLADDING, aged 66, of Spinners Way, Mere, was fined £461 with £8 costs and banned from driving for 16 months for drink driving on the Square, Mere.

DAVID JOHN HUMPHRIES, aged 37, of Endless Street, Salisbury, must pay £420 compensation for criminal damage.

SAMANTHA JANE MCCARTHY, aged 44, of St Martins Terrace, Salisbury, was given a community order for growing cannabis. She must obey a curfew for 6 weeks with electronic monitoring and have treatment for drug dependency.
