YOUNG professionals looking to improve their customer service can attend a free talk as part of Salisbury’s Big Business Event.

Salisbury and District Young Chamber will hold its sixth free networking event titled ‘Treating the Customer’ for Young Professionals aged 20-35 at Salisbury’s three day business event at the end of the month.

The talk will take place in the Guildhall Courtroom from 4.30- 6pm on Wednesday, April 26, but anyone who cannot attend from 4.30pm can drop in throughout the evening.

Special guest speaker, Richard Knight, will look at the skills and attitude needed for building relationships and learning in a business environment, with a theme of looking after the customer.

Richard is the Regional Director of Shopper Anonymous for Dorset, Bath and Wiltshire, the UK’s leading customer feedback organisation, focusing on mystery shopping, team training and mentoring.

After Richard’s presentation, at 5pm, the Young Chamber will be running an informal networking and ‘wine down’ session with NJAC cocktails, and the event will be followed by the Big Business Food and Drink Social Event (from 6pm to 8pm), with further networking opportunities.

Treating the Customer is a free event but pre-booking is required.
