A 13-YEAR-OLD boy, from Laverstock, has been referred to a youth offender panel for committing four counts of criminal damage to the value of £880.

He admitted damaging a window, laminate flooring, a pool cue, a back door and a shed door, a coffee table, interior doors and walls and a chest of drawers on dates in March and June.

He must also pay a £20 victim surcharge.

A 16-YEAR-OLD boy, from Tidworth, has been fined £50 and banned from holding a driving licence for seven days after driving without a licence or insurance in Carter Barracks, Amesbury, on February 25.

He must also pay a £30 victim surcharge.

SHANE HOSGOOD, aged 22, of Harefield, Southampton, was fined £100 and given six points on his licence for driving without insurance on Southampton Road, Salisbury on October 24, 2016.

He must also pay £115 costs.

JORDAN CAPITANO, aged 24, of Bedford Mount, Leeds, was fined £329 and banned from driving for 12 months after driving while over the legal limit on Fisherton Street on June 18.

He must also pay £77 costs.

STEPHEN GATT, aged 33, was fined £177 for damaging a glass window belonging to Wiltshire Council on April 14.

He must also pay £115 costs.

ANDREA HAWKINS, aged 67, from Spiders Island, Alderbury, was fined £161 and banned from driving for 20 months after driving while over the legal limit on Castle Street, Salisbury on June 18.

She must also pay £115 costs.

PAUL HOBAN, aged 45, of Glyndebourne Close, Salisbury, was fined £400 and banned from driving for 20 months after driving while over the legal limit on St Marks Roundabout, Salisbury on June 10.

He must also pay £125 costs.

DAVID HUBBARD, aged 67, of Ladyway, Idmiston was fined £159 and banned from driving for 14 months after driving while over the legal limit on the A303 near Allington on June 11.

He must also pay £115 costs.

CHARLOTTE PRIVETT, aged 26, of The Hollows, Wilton, was fined £240 and banned from driving for 19 months after driving without a licence, insurance and while over the legal limit in Minster Street, Salisbury, on June 11, and fined £120 for being in possession of cocaine on the same day.

She must also pay £115 costs.

RACHAEL TUDHOPE, aged 47, of Essex Square, Salisbury was given a two year conditional discharge for failing to provide a breath specimen and assaulting four police officers on May 21 and 22.

She must also pay £20 costs.

ANDREW NICHOLSON, aged 37, of Sassoon Close, Salisbury, was fined £172 for failing to leave Salisbury city centre as required by a direction given to him by Wiltshire Police, and for stealing a bottle of alcohol worth £13.75 from Tesco on June 11.

He must also pay £115 costs.
