TWO men were assaulted in a beer garden at the Anchor and Hope pub in Winchester Street, Salisbury.
The incident happened at about 9.55pm last night (Friday, July 21).
The men, aged 27 and 39 and both from Salisbury, required hospital treatment following the incident, but both are expected to make a full recovery.
A 21 year old man from Salisbury has been arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm to one man, and actual bodily harm to the other.
Officers would like to hear from anyone who witnessed the altercation, and was in the area between the hours of 9.30pm and 10pm last night.
Acting Detective Sergeant Lucy Thorne from Salisbury CID said: "The beer garden was very busy at the time of the incident, and we would like any witnesses to come forward to speak to us.
"We have seen CCTV images that suggest there could be more victims and would like to speak to anyone who was also assaulted."
