A TEAM of Salisbury youngsters have helped transform an unused space into a wellbeing garden for pupils at St Joseph’s Catholic School.

The group from the Princes Trust were involved in the planning of the project to revamp the former vegetable garden for pupils to use.

They also organised a fundraising event, raising more than £180 and approached local businesses to help with the project through offering discounts or donations.

Team leader Gemma Snell said “We’ve got to give these guys some credit, they’re a small team of just four members, and in just two weeks managed to create an amazing space for the school to utilise and benefit from. A huge amount of confidence, motivation and hard work went into this, and I’m incredibly proud of them all.”

The team have thanked all the businesses that supported them in the completion of the project.
