THREE people from Salisbury have been bailed to appear before the city’s Crown Court on November 17 charged with affray.
The charges all relate to a single incident on April 22 in Salisbury.
The following people all face a charge that they used or threatened unlawful violence towards other persons and their conduct was such as would cause a person of reasonable firmness present at the scene to fear for their personal safety.
They are: Miss Jodie Nicole Gale, 20, of Partridge Way, Old Sarum, Salisbury; Mr Michael Phillip Shord, 29, of Pinewood Close, Salisbury; and a 17-year-old who cannot be named for legal reasons.
In addition, Mr Chris Thomas, 45, and his wife, Mrs Tracy Marie Thomas, 46, both of Southbourne Way, Porton, will appear at Salisbury Magistrates’ Court next week, facing a similar charge.
