A PUBLIC meeting regarding the attempted murder of former Russian spy Sergei Skripal and the steps to help businesses and the city recover will be held tonight.

Representatives from Wiltshire Council, the emergency services, Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, along with Public Health England will answer questions from the local community.

The community recovery meeting will take place from 8 to 9pm following the Salisbury Area Board which begins at 7pm tonight at City Hall, in Salisbury.

Members of the public will be given the chance to have their questions answered as Wiltshire Council sets out its recovery plan for Salisbury city centre.
