A celebration of 40 years of ministry
BROAD Chalke Church hosted more than 250 parishioners from the Chalke Valley on Michaelmas Sunday to celebrate the 40 years of ordained ministry of the Revd Canon David Henley.
The service was led by the Bishop of Salisbury Nicholas Holtam and 17 churchwardens and the members of the rector’s clergy team joined a procession to the church led by the crucifer David Hitchings
