Motorbike accident

A SECTION of the A345 was closed for almost two hours on Saturday after a motorcyclist came off his bike.

The accident happened at about 11.30am between the High Post junction and the Beehive roundabout near Salisbury when a local man came off his black Honda motorbike. T

he reason is not yet known but the road was closed until 1.15pm.

The man was taken to Salisbury District Hospital but was not seriously injured.
