Your Guide To Making A Will
Making a Will is the thing that so many of us promise to do and so frequently fail to carry through. In fact, only three in every ten people in Britain have made a Will.
This means that the remaining 70% of the population will have no control over what happens to their hard-earned assets and possessions. They will, instead, be divided up amongst remaining family or relatives, or they may even go to the government.
Bonallack & Bishop Solicitors, in association with the Salisbury Journal, have produced "Your Guide To Making A Will" a publication aimed at tackling all the issues. And there are 500 copies available free to our readers on a first-come basis.
The guide gives a simple outline aimed at the reasons for making a Will and the ways you can go about it. There is also advice on inheritance tax and tax planning and the rules of intestacy.
