TINY tots at Hale Pre-School were taken on a journey through a snowy forest by performers from Salisbury Arts Centre’s theatre company Hoodwink.
The story telling was accompanied with props from a New Forest ranger, including antlers and true-to-life forest creatures.
Hale Pre School manager Lucilla Cook said: “The children have had a very enriching forest experience. It has been great fun and adds a new dimension to living in the Forest.”
Halloween was celebrated with Halloween teas, spooky cakes, lucky dips and scary tattoos. The event raised £300 for pre-school funds.
Chairman Isla Cox said: “The pre-school has a very strong community spirit and our events are always very well supported by parents and local people. We really appreciate their ongoing support.”
